Event Insurance
If you are planning on holding any of the following events, you must have insurance or you could be breaking the law. Public Liability insurance is essential, covering you against accidental bodily injury of those attending the event and damage to other people's property and if you're hosting the event on council land it will be a requirement before they'll sanction it. Employers Liability is a legal requirement, and protects your legal liability in respect of compensation and claimants costs and expenses for accidental bodily injury to anyone you employ at an event, including temporary staff, volunteers, helpers, whether paid or unpaid. Cancellation cover is available if your event can't go ahead, and you can insure your property.

- Exhibitors/Stallholders - This is the section required if you are attending an Event or series of Events either exhibiting, say at an Exhibition or selling from your stall.
- Small Groups - This is a restricted category, if your group are occupying say a village hall, either just once or for regular monthly meetings, whist drives, debating society etc.
