HINTS & TIPS

  • USE ALL THE LINKS - It has taken us some time to put together all of the links for over 65s travel insurance. Make sure you are getting the best deal possible by using all of the links that apply to the cover you require (see top navigation bar for different policy types). OK, it might take you a few minutes getting quotes from them all, but you're here to save money aren't you?
  • COVER - If you are not taking much baggage with you, you can save money by excluding this option. Basic cover for medical expenses only is much cheaper so consider if it's worth insuring your baggage - which might be already covered by your home insurance policy.
  • PERIOD - Annual Multi-Trip policies are reasonably priced these days - so if you are likely to travel more than once in the next year then consider buying one of these instead. The chances are, if you do travel more than once you'll save money by purchasing an Annual-Multi Trip policy, and even though you are over 65 these policies are still available if you know where to go. We'll show you where.
  • DON'T TRAVEL WITHOUT IT - Getting sick or ill abroad can be an expensive business. There is no NHS to help you in foreign countries. If you can't afford travel insurance, you can't afford to travel.
  • ENJOY! - Have a nice holiday, with the peace of mind that you're protected for what you need should anything go wrong!
